Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and programming CNC machinery, reading blueprints, setting up machines, and producing precision-machined components. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot machining issues, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve machining efficiency.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, tooling configurations, and machining parameters.
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues.
