Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with G-code programming and machine offsets.
• Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and QC processes.
• Attention to detail with commitment to tight tolerances and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAM/CAD files.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine offsets to maintain tight tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
