Job summary

Molex is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run CNC equipment and ensure production of high-precision components. You will monitor performance, perform quality checks, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in CNC machining, the ability to read drawings, and strong attention to detail. Shifts include multiple options with a 6% differential for 2nd and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with machine operation, tooling, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery and related equipment to produce precision components per specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, addressing deviations promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Assist in setup, tooling changes, and calibration activities under supervision.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records, including inspections and machine logs.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
