McElroy Manufacturing's Fulton Facility is seeking a mid-level CNC Machinist to join a busy, highly skilled team. You will set up, operate and maintain multi-axis CNC machines on high-precision parts used in fusion and fintube systems.

This is a shift role with opportunities for growth in a climate-controlled, safety-focused environment. The role requires reading blueprints and GD&T, loading fixtures and tools, and solving problems in real time.

Competenze

2+ years CNC machining experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to meet run times and adapt to changing demands.

Mansioni

Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision.
Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines.
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specs, and machining instructions.
Perform machine setups including loading fixtures/tools, setting coordinates, and tool offsets.
Size in first article using measurement tools to verify tolerances.
Identify materials and troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real time.
Own the work center by maintaining quality, speed, and organization.
