Qualifications
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Experience with precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable work ethic and attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC machines.
- Set up machines and make process adjustments.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safe work practices.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
