Job summary

Alltex Staffing & Personnel is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC equipment, ensuring high-quality parts and efficient production. You will read blueprints, interpret drawings, and program controls across Mazak, Okuma, and Haas machines to maintain tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of CNC experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment with potential overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and apply information from blueprints and job specs.
• Must possess strong math abilities and the ability to remember numbers and information.
• Must exercise good judgment and maintain good working relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate/monitor CNC machines to ensure quality production and minimize unplanned stops.
• Detect defective materials and report to supervisor.
• Support assembly floor and machine shop as needed.
• Produce parts to close tolerance dimensions.
• Program and troubleshoot controls using Mazatrol, Fanuc, Okuma G-code, or DynaPath.
