Qualifikationen

• Operate CNC horizontal/vertical mills and turning equipment in a production setting.
• Read blueprints and ISO drawings and translate to high-quality parts.
• Use metrology tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify tolerances.
• Program with Mazatrol and G/M codes and develop toward advanced programming with support.

Aufgaben

• Own setups and production on CNC machines; switch to manual mills, lathes, grinders as needed.
• Write and edit Mazatrol and G/M code programs for low to mid complexity parts.
• Establish and improve standard work for setup, in-process inspection, and deburring.
• Verify tolerances with calipers/micrometers; document SPC data.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain machine uptime.
