Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a CNC Machinist in Ivyland, PA, onsite. This role requires precise setup, programming with assistance, and operation of CNC machines to meet engineering specs and quality standards. You will join a team focused on productivity, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 2+ years operating CNC machines in manufacturing.
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Set up and run production on all machines while managing tool conditions.
Program machines with Mazatrol and G codes with guidance, increasing complexity over time.
Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
Adapt procedures, tools, and equipment as needed to meet targets.
Meet or exceed production targets and quotas.
Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and hit daily/monthly goals.
Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other CNC machines as assigned.
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
Inspect finished parts for ISO-compliant quality and accuracy.
Document inspection results and production logs accurately.
