Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Pleasant Prairie, WI to set up and operate CNC equipment, adjust programs, and ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC machining experience, is proficient with G-Code and Mazatrol, and can read blueprints.

Overtime is available on a first-shift schedule (6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri). Responsibilities include running CNC lathes and mills, inspecting parts, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe,

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience required.
• Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Working knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up primary equipment and modify programs as needed.
• Install tools and fixtures and adjust machine control settings.
• Run first-piece samples and verify parts meet specifications.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills using G-Code and Mazatrol controls.
• Inspect parts for proper dimensions, tolerances, and finish.
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and production standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
