Job summary

IMI plc in Irwin, PA is seeking a skilled Mazak CNC Operator to set up, operate and maintain Mazak CNC lathes and mills using Mazatrol controls. You will produce high-quality machined parts according to engineering specifications while upholding safety, efficiency and quality standards.

The role is on-site for second shift (3:00 pm–1:30 am). Requirements include proven experience with Mazak CNC machines, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Mazak CNC machines in a production setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and dimensional tolerances.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes and mills with Mazatrol controls.
• Perform in-process inspections and first article inspections.
• Read blueprints and maintain dimensional tolerances; load/unload parts with cranes.
