Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing or precision machining experience.
• Proficiency setting up and operating CNC vertical mills.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines to produce precision components
• Perform equipment pre-operation checks to ensure proper setup, startup, and continuous running
• Monitor multi-equipment operations during production runs to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards
• Select appropriate speeds, feeds, and tooling based on material and part specifications
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure exact alignment with blueprint specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjust machine parameters as needed during operation
• Maintain clear communication with team members and support teams to maximize production efficiency
• Rotate across different departmental work centers as required
