The ideal candidate has 3+ years in machining, strong problem‑solving, and the ability to work independently or in a team to optimize production and throughput.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and QC techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to fabricate precision components.
• Read blueprints and determine tolerances, tooling requirements.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges; adjust as needed.
• Recommend process improvements to boost productivity and safety.
• Diagnose machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with engineers and peers to optimize production and troubleshoot.
• Document production paperwork and ensure compliance with specs.
