CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist II to operate and maintain CNC machinery, execute complex setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality. You will work under the guidance of the production team to contribute to efficient manufacturing processes.

The role requires attention to safety, routine inspections with calipers and micrometers, reading blueprints, and documenting production records.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma and a 2-year technical certification or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' CNC machining experience and ability to perform complex setups.
• Read and understand blueprints and operate measuring tools accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components and adjust processes as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Make tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments per specs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain production flow.
• Follow strict safety protocols and keep a clean, organized area.
• Document production records, part counts, and quality data.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers and engineers to optimize processes.
