Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a disciplined CNC Machinist to join our production team in Kansas. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet strict specifications with high precision.

We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, strong benefits, and a supportive environment for skilled craftsmen. Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Solid math skills and ability to read measurements.
• Familiarity with Geometric Tolerance (GDT).
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other machinery.
• Read blueprints and perform gauging and inspections.
• Ensure work meets ISO 9001 regulatory standards and quality specs.
• Machine parts from raw stock or welded materials.
