Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate precision mills and lathes in a 1st shift, Monday–Friday. You will read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances for demanding customer specs.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of related experience, strong math and inspection skills, GD&T understanding, and the ability to work 7am–3:30pm in a modern, air-conditioned shop with an ESOP and bonus potential. OT opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, M-F.
• Must read blueprints and perform measurements.
• Strong math and GD&T understanding required.
• Precision and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes, etc.).
• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce parts as required.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
