Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our machining team on a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role emphasizes efficient, high-quality production to meet customer specifications.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections, and maintain equipment to ISO 9001 standards. WEBCO MFG offers an ESOP, comprehensive benefits, and bonus potential to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in machining or manufacturing.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items per specifications.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections to quality standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment regularly.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
