Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hold close tolerances on a routine basis, achieving ±0.001 inch or tighter when required.
• Interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T, surface finish callouts, material specs, and tolerance stack-ups.
• Use precision instruments: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread gauges, height gauges, and dial indicators.
• Independently complete simple to moderate CNC setups: load tools, set offsets, and verify the first article.
• Monitor processes and adjust offsets to correct or prevent out-of-tolerance conditions.
