• Execute intricate machine setups, including precise fixturing and tooling selection, to ensure repeatable accuracy.
• Produce high-tolerance components utilizing a variety of metals, including steel and specialty alloys.
• Verify part integrity by performing detailed inspections against technical blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve machining challenges to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior operators to elevate overall team performance.
• Document production metrics and inspection results to ensure full traceability and compliance.
