Accelera in Wisconsin is seeking a Precision Machining Specialist to operate and monitor CNC equipment on the production floor, ensuring high output and tight tolerances for our precision components.

You will perform quality inspections with micrometers and calipers, assist tool changes and setups, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and follow established process documentation to ensure consistent, top‑quality production cycles.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute seamless machine setups and changeovers to support continuous production cycles.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace in accordance with industry standards.
