Hörmann North America is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain customized machining centers for producing high-quality parts to specification. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and adherence to process controls.

You will load materials, perform tool changes, inspect parts, and help maintain equipment while meeting production schedules. A high standard of detail and teamwork with maintenance and supervisors is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of machine operation experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform basic tool changes.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter production data into machines for producing panels.
• Load raw materials into machines and perform tool changes.
• Assemble panels while maintaining run time and machine uptime.
• Inspect finished parts and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Flexible to work in other areas and overtime as needed.
