Job summary

Hörmann North America is seeking a Machine Operator I to run production equipment and assemble various garage door components. You will manage quality, stock, and housekeeping of the work area while learning to operate multiple lines.

The role offers a stable, full-time position with benefits and opportunities to learn new skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on different shifts as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least one year of progressive manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Flexibility to work on different shifts to meet production goals.
• Must be able to maintain focus, follow routines, and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and tools to fulfill orders.
• Meet inventory and production rate requirements while maintaining quality.
• Learn manufacturing methods and equipment to apply in work tasks.
• Read and follow part order sheets and prints for correct assembly.
