Impact Fab in Holland, Michigan, is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Operator. You will set up and operate a CNC mill, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications in a small, team-focused shop.

The role offers steady hours and opportunities to grow your skills in a custom fabrication environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years CNC experience, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years CNC experience.
• Knowledge of machining equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a CNC Mill.
• Build parts from raw material to finished part, including programming, fixturing and QC.
• Run secondary equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools.
• Make adjustments to machine settings to meet specifications.
