Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC lathe machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and GD&T.
• Knowledge of tooling setup and machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe to produce high-precision metal parts per blueprints.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
• Program CNC lathes using G-code and M-code.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Take precision measurements with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges.
• Maintain machine safety and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate on tooling selection and process improvements.
