Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills to machine parts to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines; load tools and material.
• Edit G-code and M-code programs as needed.
• Understand speeds and feeds and proper setups.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances; use calipers and micrometers.
• Check work pieces for alignment and material placement.
• Clean and lubricate machines; monitor feeds and speeds.
• Maintain safety practices at all times.
