Regal Rexnord, home of our Nook Brand in Cleveland, seeks an experienced 1st shift CNC Grinder (Machine Operator) to produce precision components by operating centerless grinding equipment. This on-site role requires adherence to ISO 9001 standards and close attention to quality and safety.

Candidates should have 1+ year CNC grinder experience, the ability to read blueprints and measurements, and a HS diploma or GED. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operator experience on a CNC grinder or centerless grinder.
• HS diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
• Ability to read and interpret verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC centerless grinding equipment meeting production requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to verify requirements.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
• Move completed materials and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
