Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Aerospace and Defense division is seeking a CNC grinder operator for 2nd or 3rd shift onsite. You will set up, adjust and operate grinding machines to perform O/D, I/D, boring and facing on precision components.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 6 months of machine setup experience, ability to read blueprints, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus, a $2/hr shift differential, and comprehensive benefits from

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience with machine set up and operating precision grinding machines.
Requires a high school education or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Previous experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions in English.
Moderate physical demand; lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders to perform grinding operations (O/D, I/D, boring, facing).
Verify conformance of machined parts using gauges and inspection devices; document results.
Inspect own work for dimensions and quality; assist in inspecting others as needed.
Operate multiple machines and use hand tools as required.
