Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, seeks an experienced 1st shift CNC Turning Machinist to set up and run CNC lathes, ensure quality and safety, and meet production targets.

Requirements include 3+ years CNC turning experience, strong blueprint-reading and math skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a global manufacturer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience including setup and operation of turning equipment.
• Strong math and blueprint-reading skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Effective team player with good communication abilities; safety and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machinery per production standards and ISO 9001 guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, process sheets, and instructions to plan work sequences.
• Select and adjust tooling, verify tool accuracy, and make offsets as needed.
• Inspect parts to print using micrometers and calipers; deburr as required.
