Job summary

International Automotive Components is seeking a Quality CMM Operator to ensure the accuracy and quality of automotive components using CMM, FARO Arm, and laser scanning tools. The role supports new product launches, PPAP, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate will work with ERP systems to input and analyze measurement data, communicate findings to departments, and maintain inspection programs aligned with part numbers and revisions.

Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• PPAP process experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong shop math skills.
• Proficiency with Polyworks required.

Responsibilities

• Determine part inspection requirements from customer blueprints.
• Operate CMM, FARO Arm, and laser scanning equipment to inspect parts.
• Input and analyze measurement data in ERP system.
• Communicate results and quality issues to relevant departments.
• Support PPAP activities and new product launches.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain program delivery status through PPAP reviews.
