Job summary

• PPAP process experience for new product launches.

• Solid shop math and measurement calculation skills.

• Experience with Polyworks and ERP software.
• Root cause analysis to resolve quality issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine part inspection requirements from blueprints.
• Operate CMMs and FARO Arm for measurement and inspection.
• Set up and analyze inspection paths and fixtures.
• Record and analyze measurement data in ERP systems.
• Collaborate to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate inspection results to relevant departments and PPAP teams.
• Support PPAP processes for new product launches and improvement projects.
• Maintain status of program deliverables from award to PPAP review.
