Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Clean Room Assembler / Production Operator for our Kettering, OH location. This role involves assembling tiny, precision components in a climate-controlled environment, using microscopes and laser equipment, while meeting production and quality goals.

Responsibilities include handling post-processing tasks, data entry, and strict adherence to SOPs. Training is provided, with multiple shifts available; a contract-to-hire path is possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring attention to detail and/or quality control, preferably with inspection tools.
• Experience assembling small parts requiring fine dexterity.
• Experience with data entry and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, delicate components using fine motor skills and tweezers.
• Operate laser cutting machines and align parts via computer.
• Perform quality inspections using microscopes and measuring tools.
• Record production and inspection data accurately in computer systems.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols.
