Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior plastics injection molding experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and display an understanding of quality, safety, and process knowledge.
• Capable of working with team members as needed.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and pack parts to meet quality and production standards.
• Work with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities.
• Obtain training from supervisor, set-up personnel and technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation.
• Work with the quality department personnel to ensure understanding and maintain current quality standards.
