Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler to join the team in Fairfield, OH, on a 1st shift (6am–4pm, Mon–Thu). This contract-to-hire role involves assembling window frames in a controlled cleanroom environment, using hand and power tools.

Pay is $19.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package possible after conversion. Ideal candidates have assembly experience, good measurement skills, and a readiness to work overtime as needed, with a safety-focused workplace and strict cleanroom

Cleanroom Assembler Job

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleanroom Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a controlled environment, assembling window frames using both hand and power tools. The position is a 3-month contract with potential for hire, working on the 1st shift from 6am-4pm, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Set up assembly lines using hand and power tools to construct window frames.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the assembly process.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in reading and using a tape measure.
• Prior experience in assembly work.
• Willingness to work overtime, with the potential to exceed 50 hours per week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with medical assembly is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various measuring tools.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom setting on the 1st shift, with hours from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday. The environment is safety-focused, requiring attention to detail and adherence to protocols. Dress code and equipment use are consistent with cleanroom standards.

Pay and Benefits
