Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment.
• Experience handling chemicals and/or compressed gases in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Must comply with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom setting
• Handle materials with care to prevent contamination
• Perform fill room tasks including material prep and process support
• Follow strict cleanroom and safety procedures (gowning, PPE, etc.)
• Inspect parts and materials for quality using microscopes/tools
• Accurately document production steps and lot tracking
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Support team with basic troubleshooting and process improvements
