Job summary

QuVa Pharma, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) on-site to maintain the highest standards of sterile manufacturing and quality.

This is a safety-sensitive role with potential random drug testing. The technician will support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding, assist in preparation, labeling, production and processing of materials, and keep rigorous GDP-compliant documentation while

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Able to pass a background check.
Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
Familiar with using mobile devices (phones, tablets).
Ability to follow strict clothing and PPE rules in sterile environment.
Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
Maintain Aseptic Gowning Qualification to support cleaning.
Complete documentation for accountability and traceability per GDPs.
