CompoSecure is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to set up, repair, and operate production equipment with meticulous detail. You will lead trainer duties for new hires on machine operation and document training progress.

You will manage start-up, shutdown, and changeover of Muhlbauer equipment, ensuring all settings meet job orders and top-quality output. Expect to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform precision measurements, and keep accurate logs.

Formación

• Industrial maintenance and repair experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient in interpreting measurements, tolerances, and mathematical calculations.
• Experience programming, setting up, and maintaining various equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related components.
• Ability to work with limited supervision as part of a quality team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead set-up, repair, preventative maintenance and operation of equipment to meet production goals.
• Train new hires in machine operation and document training progress.
• Oversee start-up, shutdown, and changeover of Muhlbauer equipment.
• Verify machine settings align with job orders and product quality.
• Identify malfunctions and out-of-tolerance conditions; adjust accordingly.
• Use precision measuring instruments to calibrate setups and inspect first-part and ongoing parts.
• Maintain maintenance logs, computer logs, and accountability records.
• Perform minor repairs and ensure spare parts inventory levels.
