Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to execute operations on prototype orders and document parameters for repeatability. You will perform machine setup, lamination, laser engraving, cutting, milling, stamping, and final inspection while maintaining high quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision within a collaborative prototype team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing
• Associate degree in related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a team
• Proficient with MS Office and data recording

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing on research and prototype orders
• Set up, operate, changeover equipment for various processes
• Document parameters and ensure repeatability
• Maintain high quality and record issues and resolutions
• Coordinate with prototype group and assist engineers
