Job summary

CompoSecure, a global leader in premium metal payment cards, is seeking a CNC Technician to troubleshoot and diagnose issues on HAAS and DMG-MORI centers. You will set up jobs, change tooling, calibrate probes, and work with the team to ensure high-precision parts are produced efficiently.

The role requires strong HAAS experience, G&M code proficiency, and CadCam/Autocad familiarity, with physical demands including lifting and long shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC Programming experience.
• Minimum 3 years or very strong HAAS experience with CNC Mills.
• Experience in G & M Code.
• Experience with 3 & 4 axis Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers.
• CadCam software and Autocad or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on CNC machinery.
• Set up / change over jobs on CNC mills; change tooling; adjust offsets; calibrate probes for accuracy.
• Inspect tool holders and machine function; schedule preventative maintenance.
• Provide training on basic safety, machine operation, quality.
