Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to execute operations on research and prototype orders under the supervision of the Prototype Supervisor. The role requires documenting equipment parameters, recipes, and key attributes for completed operations.

You will perform machine set-up, lamination, laser engraving, CNC milling/engraving, stamping, embedding, and final inspection, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Enthusiastic attitude, flexible to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative.
• Ability to function as an active team member with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing functions on research and prototype orders.
• Machine set-up, shutdown, and changeover across product types.
• Document parameters, recipes, and key attributes for repeatability.
• Maintain high quality and verify settings accuracy.
• Record processing/quality issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with prototype team and assist researchers as needed.
