Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Charlotte, NC seeks a Baker who ensures high-quality cakes and contributes to guest service by meeting production demands. Working with NB C recipes and safety standards, you will perform the baking process for a variety of flavors and sizes, while upholding NbC core values.

You will monitor ovens, measure ingredients, label and package products, keep logs, and assist in planning production and inventory.

Qualifications

• Is able to understand written and oral directions, interpret recipes, and follow health and safety rules.
• Proven ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking and monitors the baking process.
• Packages, labels, and stores baked cakes and maintains logs.
• Assists Bakery Manager in developing production plans and monitors inventory.
• Evaluates ingredients and cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and reports issues.
• Maintains workstation cleanliness and restocks supplies for next shift.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality.
