Qualifications

• Broiler/grill experience in high-volume cooking.
• Knowledge of heat control, temperatures, and timing.
• Ability to cook to precise guest specifications.
• Multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Certification required or obtained after hire.
