Diamond State Masonry Inc is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our Field Operations team. The ideal candidate is a skilled journeyman bricklayer with a proven ability to perform daily bricklaying tasks efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on commercial, industrial, and government projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bricklaying or journeyman mason experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work in varied weather.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks, and masonry units per specs.
• Mix and apply mortar with proper bonding.
• Interpret blueprints to determine layout/materials.
• Cut and align materials for a precise finish.
• Repair and restore existing masonry structures.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Collaborate with foremen and crew to meet schedules.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
