Job summary

Diamond State Masonry Inc. in New Castle, DE is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our Field Operations team. The successful candidate will perform bricklaying tasks efficiently while ensuring the highest quality standards. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a bricklayer or journeyman mason.
• Strong technical skills in laying brick, block, and other masonry materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks, and masonry units according to specifications.
• Mix and apply mortar for bonding.
• Interpret blueprints to determine layout and materials.
• Repair and restore existing masonry structures as required.

Skills

Technical skills in laying brick, block, and masonry materials

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Attention to detail and craftsmanship

Physical stamina (lifting 50lbs+)
