ESI WATERPROOFING & MASONRY RESTORA in Boston is hiring a skilled mason for constructing and repairing various stone and brick structures. Responsibilities:

• Constructing and repairing walls, foundations, chimney, and other brick or stone structures.
• Mixing mortar and grout according to established formulas.
• Cutting and shaping stone and bricks to fit specific requirements.
• Installation of architectural cut stone (granite, marble, limestone, sandstone) & related support steel & anchors.
• Proficiency in layouts - constructing, CMU/brick/precast materials, restoration- brick replacement/ tuckpointing, etc.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Commercial construction masonry experience is required.
• 2 years’ experience as a skilled mason and or/ masonry restoration.
• Knowledge of various masonry materials, techniques, and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in application.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Certifications:

• Valid driver's license
• OSHA Safety Certification
