Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in furnace or heat-treating operations.
• Ability to read customer drawings and blueprints.
• Strong written and oral communication; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Team-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• English fluency required; US work authorization is a precondition.

Responsibilities

• Perform furnace brazing on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect brazed joints for quality and integrity; make adjustments as needed.
• Set up and maintain brazing equipment; ensure proper functionality.
• Use appropriate filler pastes, cements, and tapes for bonds.
• Conduct leak testing and quality checks per customer specs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain accurate production records and report defects.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and QC teams to optimize processes.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
