PROENERGY, a leading engineer­ing, R&D, and manufacturing powerhouse, is hiring for a Parts Prep Operator at the Sedalia, MO center. The role focuses on jet engine part cleaning and abrasive blast processes within a world-class manufacturing environment.

You will work under the Coatings Supervisor, performing cleaning, blasting, and surface treatment tasks while following detailed work instructions. The job emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a high‑precision setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• US work authorization is required; the company will not sponsor.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsabilités

• Cleaners will be used to remove grease buildup and corrosion products, and prepare parts for the next overhaul step using cleaning compounds and chemical solutions.
• Completes forms associated with work assignments according to established procedures.
• Performs abrasive blast activities for gas turbine components including cleaning and surface preparation.
• Maintains and controls equipment, processes, tools, fixtures, supplies, and safety equipment for each shop order.
• Daily tasks include loading/unloading hardware with lifting devices and cranes.
• Adheres to safety rules and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Acts as cross-functional team member and demonstrates gas turbine abrasive blast process skills.
• Uses pneumatic and electrical grinding tools to blend defects and restore contours on aero-derivative turbine parts.
