Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in brazing, welding, precision metal, or jewelry assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with flame types, re-braze loops, silver braze reflow, and induction systems is a plus.
• Prior exposure to NADCAP or AS9100 quality standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise torch and induction brazing on aerospace filter components.
• Join dissimilar metals including delicate wire mesh and fittings.
• Independently set up jobs, read braze schedules and write schedules.
• Operate torches and induction systems with strict safety.
• Maintain an organized, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Participate in and pass a structured 3-Phase Training Program to earn qualification.
