Job summary

Modine is seeking a skilled Brazer to join our manufacturing team and produce high‑quality chillers for data centres. You will brazing copper and other metals, reading blueprints, and ensuring leak‑proof joints within a fast‑paced production setting.

You will work with welders and QA teams to maintain efficiency, follow safety guidelines, and uphold 5S standards. GED or high school diploma and brazing certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years brazing/welding in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform brazing and soldering of copper, brass, and other metal components.
• Read blueprints and manuals to ensure proper assembly.
• Set up and operate brazing torches and related equipment.
• Inspect joints for quality and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with welders, assemblers, and QA teams to maintain efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, 5S compliant area.
• Identify defects or equipment issues and report to supervision.
