Randstad USA is partnering with a premier manufacturing organization to hire a skilled Header Brazier in Richmond, VA. This essential role braze coil components according to technical drawings and specifications, with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will read drawings, have basic math skills, and possess strong manual dexterity. Requirements include high school education, 4 years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work the 3 PM–11

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic math.
• Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand for precision tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal communication and team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and braze according to drawings and work orders.
• Assemble header pipes, header stubs, and connections per mechanical drawings.
• Operate brazing torch to braze materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues on safety, quality, production, and delivery goals.
• Flex to assist in other departments as needed.
