Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator to manage daily production floor activities and ensure safety, quality, and throughput targets are met. The role requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards, with responsibilities including daily line operation, hourly quality reporting, and material readiness.

Candidates must be prepared to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as production demands require.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily on production line(s) to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Complete production and quality reports hourly and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Keep production areas clean and materials stocked to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and cover for shifts as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and work 12-hour rotating shifts.
