Job summary

Mayfran International, located in Ohio, seeks a Belt Welder to join our manufacturing team. The role emphasizes precision and safety as you perform vertical, flat and horizontal welds on conveyor components.

Starting at $23.41/hour with a 90-day performance-based increase to $24.24/hour, the position includes day-one benefits, vacation, on-site health clinic, fitness center, and a 401(k) with matching. 1st shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Welding experience and strong adherence to safety standards.
• Fundamental shop math and ability to read basic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Interpret welding symbols and position parts for assembly.
• Perform flat, horizontal and vertical welding on plate and structural steel.
• Clean and dress welds and prepare parts for finishing.
• Move parts using overhead crane equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Report equipment or material issues to supervision.
